Woody Guthrie

The other day we were listening to music. It was a country-folk mix – Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and Woody Guthrie. The music was great, and it made me think of the Woody Guthrie song Deportee. This is a song that has such relevance today.

We are, as was the case with Woody Guthrie living in sad times. Let’s try to do better.
