On our final day heading back to Ann Arbor we stopped in Farragut, Tennessee since we needed gas and it was almost noon. We wanted to avoid any big city traffic so this was our choice. Well, we hit the jackpot. Pulling into town I saw a gas station with inexpensive gas and we had to make a turn to get back to it since we missed the drive. We had to get through a small mall and saw Pepo’s Burrito Bar. Obviously this was meant to be our lunch destination. It was a good decision.

The restaurant was Freida Kahlo themed which made it even more interesting.

It also had a bar that had a lot of tequila and mezcal choices, but darn it was only lunch.

Some of the art on the walls.

I think that the art was mostly inspired by Dia de los muertos, which is OK with me.
Since we’ll be back in Ann Arbor later today I’m not sure what I will write about in the next few days.
