Our nephew Nick was married last night. What a wonderful celebration.
Here they are, Nick and Carlie.
It was a perfect evening with a full Moon. Great music, dancing, food and drinks. You couldn’t as for better.
Today we headed to the ocean looking for birds and plants. The few shore birds \that we saw were rather spectacular. Whimbrel (on the left) were numerous as were Marbled Godwits (on the right).
But the Long-billed Curlews were the highlight of the morning.
we managed to see/hear a few warblers, wrens and flycatchers – or a thrush, like this Hermit Thrush.
The final bird of the day was this Red-breasted Sapsucker.
