Elizabeth was queen of England for 70 years. Her father George VI was king when I was born. Presumably, the next monarch will be Charles III. But we shall see how that all proceeds.
Yesterday afternoon I went to get a flu shot and found out that I could also get the latest bivalent covid booster. I got them both. Last night I was a bit slower than anticipated. Today I am achy, cold and decidedly slowed by the two vaccines. Susan made a delightful dinner. She made fresh humus and we had pita with lots of veggies and falafel from the farmers market.
A new sidewalk chalk drawing appeared on the street. Somebody had fun doing this.
More tomorrow, when I am back to normal, whatever that is.
