It was two years ago (2020) on 20 July that I gave Susan her own copy of Field guide to moths of Northeastern North America, with the Pandemic Doctors approval.

Yue sent me this cartoon today and I thought that it was worth sharing. Now, on to the beach.

We went down to a friends sandy beach so that Alexis and the kids could go swimming.

Oscar came out with his teeth chattering and was wrapped in a towel waiting for another chance to get back into the water.

Camilla and Alexis stayed out a bit longer.

I’m not sure that Camilla was ever ready to come out.

Then Alexis and I went along the beach near the point to look for agates, or in this case a crayfish.
More tomorrow…
Where is this beach?
