We spent yesterday morning on Embury Road where we had quite a few colorful dragonflies and butterflies. This is an Eastern Pondhawk. Widowed skimmer and Spangled skimmer were both quite common. Whitetails were also common. But I only found two Halloween pennants. Butterflies were abundant, but less colorful than the dragonflies.
