The day after the Ann Arbor Art Fair

We often walk downtown to have breakfast the day after the Ann Arbor Art Fair happens. This year was no different. I’m always curious how the clean up went.

The view down Main Street. Yesterday it was lined with artists booths. Today, since it’s a weekend it is closed. Restaurants spill out into the street and by mid-day it is filled with people.

The view down Liberty which is also closed on weekends. It’s hard to imagine how much work went into getting everything cleared overnight.

A couple of painted planters on Liberty.

An iconic corner. The Fleetwood Diner is always open, just incase you want a meal at 3 or 4 in the morning. Blimpy Burger moved next to them years ago. Then Cosmo Deli followed a few years later.

More later…
