Port Dover, Ontario

Our day started in Ithaca at the State Diner where we had a great breakfast.

On our way to the restaurant we passed this amazing mural that took up an entire city block. I thought that the monarch theme fit in nicely with our visit to Cornel.

From Ithaca we headed west and crossed into Ontario at Buffalo/Niagara Falls without issue. We arrived in Port Dover close to dinner and stayed at an interesting AirB&B that was complete with flamingoes.

Here we are parked at the Side door cottage. From here we could walk to Lake Erie.

How could we not eat at a restaurant with palm trees. The perch dinners were nice as were the margaritas.

After dinner we watched the sun set, getting back to our AirB&B in the dark.

Thus ended a fun trip east.

More later…
