Halloween, 2023

I posted the cartoon that was the day before this one. Always carry a towel! A hitchhiker’s nnecessity.

Waking up this morning to temperatures in the upper 20sF and a light dusting of snow emphasizes the need for cuddling.

The garden one day apart. Without and with a little snow.

Halloween decoration in our neighborhood. This one made me smile. A mouse, a cat and a rat.

These dragons are about 8 feet tall. The green one has a sign next to it: Do not feed the dragon.

These dark flamingoes were picking the bones clean.

An array of pumpkins.

Our house with the eerie ghost with black lights was quite popular with both kids and adults. And my bat lights that are continuously changing colors. I waited until dark to get photos of these.

And finally – me bundled up with a bog of candy waiting for kids. Ultimately we had 140-150 kids show up. In the last group was a young teen with a moth costume that she made herself. It has been a fun time.

More later…
