Today was a day to get caught up, starting with doing battle with Comcast. So, we started the day going to the local Comcast office and complaining about the price of their service. Well, talking to real people, rather that trying to talk to somebody on line, was all the difference. By the time we left we had bundled our phones and all xfinity services for far less than we had been paying for either one. Since the prices are guaranteed for two years we won’t have to deal with this until February, 2025. Afterwords we headed over to a nearby restaurant and had lunch. There was plenty of paper for me to fold.
After lunch we went shopping at Tsai Grocery where we hadn’t shopped in years. It’s always nice revisiting places that we had forgotten about.
One issue today was all of the ice coated trees and shrubs. Now that we have passed from false spring into second winter we will head into almost spring in the next few days.
So, what is that lichen? And here I thought that I had avoided nature today.
