I took this photo in our lawn the other day and it reminded me the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The situation in Ukraine as of yesterday. Ukrainian forces are at the Russian border north of Kharkiv. BBC has reported that 1/3 of the Russian invading forces have died. We’ll have to see how this plays out, and what effect the application of Finland and Sweden to join NATO has.
Now on to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Currently, the situation in Washtenaw County has gotten worse. So, if you are in south-east Michigan mask when in public spaces and get the latest (4th) vaccination.
I love when Peanuts features Snoopy the writer. It reminds me of the years I spent writing and contributing to books and writing for the Ann Arbor news. Now, I mostly write in my journal and here, in my blog.
