The market days started with visits from Milly and Oscar’s elf friends. One day they were playing with little dragons by the advent tree and another they were snacking on twist-twists (we knew from the crumbs).

Milly getting a braid, then it was time to head off to the market.

Besides shopping and a food court there were things for the kids to do. Susan headed off with Oscar and I headed off with Milly. That way the kids could each get something for the other.

Even with a mask we had fun.

The kids had fae paintings done. Milly had a unicorn and Oscar a dragon.

Susan and I had stopped earlier in the day to check out the food court. We had wonderful Afghani for lunch.

At the end of the day, I took the kids for a night-time walk through the neighborhood. Here’s a shot of one yard that’s rather surreal.
More tomorrow…
