Shopping during the pandemic

We had to go out shopping at Kohl’s for some necessities. As I typically do, I kept track of people who were properly wearing a mask versus those not using a mask, including inappropriately using one. At Kohl’s the masking rate was 61%, with 90% of the staff masked. The 61% is somewhat low for places we go in Ann Arbor. Since we are both fully vaccinated I wanted to know more about breakthrough cases in Michigan (I already knew that there were very few nationally). Well, the numbers were found.

Obviously, the issue with breakthrough cases (as shown above) is that they involve mainly other events.

Then the latest issues of Emerging Infectious Diseases was here today. I have not read any of it yet. But as always it will prove to be interesteing.
